1. Fetch newly published videos since last run and capture title, link, duration, publish time.
2. Group updates by channel and remove duplicates caused by reposts/shorts mirrors.
3. Generate short summaries with watch-priority tags: high / medium / low.
4. Send one consolidated digest message and keep raw links as appendix.

• YouTube feed latency may delay newly uploaded videos by several minutes.
